Scottish Password Protection

At a recent audit of employee login info at the Bank of Scotland in Edinburgh, one login consistently used an unusually large amount of characters in the password field.  The audit revealed that Angus

MacLeod used the password:

When he was asked about why he used such a combination, Angus answered

"Bejazus! are yez feckin' stupid? Oi was told me password had to be at least 8 characters long and include one capital"
